Last Season's Final Tournament
The Final Tournament for the Spring 2010 Season was held at the Langford Legion on May 16, 2010.
Here are the results for the Season 8 Main Event:

Detailed Results
Another awesome Main Event was held on Sunday May 16. The tournament started at 12 noon with 101 players attending the event. It was so nice to see everyone come out and try their best to win the coveted seat in the WSOP tournament in Vegas on June 5th.
After 8 hours of play time we were down to 2 players: Jen Barton and Peter Oxley. Peter came in third from Season 7. With Jen Barton mowing down over half the final table and had roughly 75% of the chips in play and Peter was faced with a seemingly insurmountable task of getting them. Heads up play took about a half an hour and after doubling up 3 or 4 times, Peter Oxley did indeed overcome the mountain of chips that Jen had.
